2. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification to dispute the claim. Your Counter-Notification must include the following information:
1. Your Contact Information: Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
2. Identification of the Removed Material: A description of the material that was removed or disabled, including the specific location (URL) where the material appeared before it was removed.
3. Statement of Good Faith: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
4. Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or the district where your service provider is located) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA Takedown Notice or their agent.
5. Your Signature: A physical or electronic signature.

3. Repeat Infringers
Free3DSTL has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. If your account has been terminated under this policy, you may contact us to discuss the matter.
4. Important Considerations
Please note that submitting a false DMCA Takedown Notice or Counter-Notification may result in legal consequences. You may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, if you knowingly submit a false claim of copyright infringement or a false counter-notification.
