Privacy

This page explains what free3dstl collects and why. You can download free files without an account.

Accounts

If you sign up, we keep your username, email address and a scrambled (hashed) version of your password, plus the models and reviews you post. We use your email only for your account, receipts and messages you asked for.

Orders and payments

Payments are handled by Dodo Payments; we never see your card details. For a personalised or custom order we keep your email, the words or photo you sent us and the file we made, so you can download it.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and downloads and to see which designs people like. It uses cookies and shares visit data (such as pages viewed, rough location and device type) with Google. In the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland it only runs if you press Accept on the cookie notice; elsewhere you can press Decline. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and the notice will show again. Google's own policy: How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Filament links

Some model pages link to filament shops. These are affiliate links: if you buy, we may earn a small commission. The shop sees that you came from us.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your models and reviews at any time. To delete your account or get a copy of your data, email us from the address on your account and we'll do it.
